intentionality: collective and individual\u201d. Collective intentionality and collective agency, and closely related topics such as common knowledge, team reasoning, public announcement and other forms of group communication, are among the key issues that are being studied right now in a variety of frameworks.<\/p>\n<p>Some of these frameworks are parsimonious extensions of frameworks for individual agency and individual intentionality, whereas others employ a more extended conceptual and ontological apparatus. And some of the analyses are primarily analytical and conceptual, while others are logical and formal.&nbsp;The main goal of the workshop is to bring these together to exchange results and discuss different views.<\/p>\n<\/header>\n<p>The call for papers welcomes contributions from both senior and junior scholars on topics within the theme of \u2018agency and intentionality: collective an individual\u2019, such as:&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-indent: -15.25pt;\"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->&nbsp; &nbsp; intention&nbsp;and decision-making<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: -15.25pt;\"><!-- [if !supportLists]-->&nbsp; &nbsp; responsibility and norms<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: -15.25pt;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; forms of identity<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: -15.25pt;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; individuals in social networks<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-indent: -15.25pt;\">&nbsp; &nbsp; group dynamics&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contributed papers on others topics in the area of logic and philosophy are welcome as well.<\/p>\n<p>The possibility to publish selected papers in a special journal issue (of, e.g.,&nbsp;<i>Topoi<\/i>&nbsp;or&nbsp;<i>Philosophies<\/i>) is actively being explored.<\/p>\n<p>Scholars who want to contribute should send an abstract of approximately 1200 words (not including references):&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:logicandphilosophyworkshop@gmail.com\"><u>logicandphilosophyworkshop@gmail.com<\/u><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The abstract should be properly anonymised, so include a separate page with name, affiliation, and contact details.<\/p>\n<p>All submissions will be reviewed.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>The workshop will take place at the Department of Philosophy, Tsinghua University, Beijing.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400; text-align: left;\"><strong><b>Important dates<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><del><strong>December 31, &nbsp;2023<\/strong><\/del><strong> &nbsp;<\/strong><strong>January 15, 2024<\/strong>: deadline for submitting abstracts<\/li>\n<li><strong><del>February 1<\/del> February 16, 2024<\/strong>: notification of acceptance<\/li>\n<li><strong>May 25-26, 2024<\/strong>:&nbsp;workshop&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<style>\/*!
